It's just a lot of dust and drag and means nothing in the end. Question

brendonburchard:

Brendon Burchard interviews Katie Couric, executive producer of the new food documentary, FED UP. The trailer of the movie plays first, and then their interview follows. #FedUpMovie.

- From Brendon -

We can’t live a fully charged life if we’re stuffing ourselves full with the food industry’s poisons.

As you know, I’ve been sharing how to increase our energy and improve our health for years through my books and seminars.

So, when I was asked to interview Katie Couric on her new documentary about the food industry, I jumped at it.

The situation was this: Katie and I were both speaking at an event in New York City. Within minutes of meeting her, they were putting a mic in my hand and we did this off-the-cuff interview in the green room. It was a  huge honor, and I was definitely nervous. I mean, Katie is the one who usually interviews people!

Anyway, I found Katie to be incredibly kind, charming, present, and passionate. I’m a fan, and I’m thrilled to share this exclusive interview with you as well as the Fed Up movie trailer.

I have to tell you that I love this FED UP documentary. This is the movie the food industry doesn’t want you to see.

The producers are saying “FED UP blows the lid off everything we thought we knew about food and weight loss, revealing a 30-year campaign by the food industry, aided by the U.S. government, to mislead and confuse the American public, resulting in one of the largest health epidemics in history.” I agree.

Katie Couric teamed up with Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig to make FED UP.

I think it will change the way you eat forever, and it will start a very important discussion in our country about the food industry.

Let’s take back control of our nutrition and start a new dialogue about what the government and food industry should be allowed to do.

Let’s start by watching this movie, getting informed, and making better choices for ourselves.

See screenings and schedules on the official FED UP website.

Please like this page and share the Youtube trailer with as many people as you can.

realest thing I’ve seen in a while

this was so amazing. so thought provoking. an eye-opening social criticism.

Okay but the first one is kind of pretentious

Call it pretentious if you will, but reading can really effect the brain in beautiful ways. TV can teach a lot as well, but only if you’re watching the right stations (and most people don’t).

I think the second one is the most, not important but idk exactly what word
